By installing or using TagFlow or any other ibTagger application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TagFlow is a Shopify application that uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate product tags, alt text, and categorization for your store products. The Service analyzes product images and metadata to provide suggestions that you can apply to your Shopify store.

3. Account and Access

  • You must have a valid Shopify store to use our Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account
  • You must provide accurate information when installing and using the app
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Some features require a paid subscription
  • Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system
  • Free tier includes limited product tagging per month
  • Paid plans offer increased limits and additional features
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through Shopify
  • Refunds are handled according to Shopify's refund policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to process content that violates third-party rights
  • Exceed usage limits through automated means or abuse

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by KRAX CREATIVE LTD. You retain ownership of your product data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your product images and data solely for providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Tags and descriptions generated by our AI are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is applied to your store. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or SEO effectiveness of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRAX CREATIVE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
